For this dish you do not need to use good pieces, just a head and trimmed red fish such as trout, salmon or salmon. Today we are cooking trout fish soup. Everything is elementary simple. In a pot of hot water we put 5-6 potatoes, cut in half.

I cut the onion into 4 parts, but so that it does not fall apart.

We do the same with carrots.

We put all this in a pot, add bay leaf, peas and salt.

When the vegetables boil, you need to wait 10 minutes, and then add trout.
