To work on a set of glasses you will need materials:
- foamiran light yellow, orange and green, 0.8 mm thick.
- plastic suede with sequins of yellow and green tint, 2 mm thick.
- glue gun.
- 18 medium sized golden beads.
- floral wire.
- corrugated paper of green tone.
- 90 cm braid in gold.
- Moment glue.
- 8 light beads.
- two tall glasses.
- dry pastel red and green.
- wet wipes.
- lighter.
Before you start, draw the templates. For large flowers, a blank of 6 petals together with a diameter of 6.5 cm, they will need 6 pieces. Leaves 6.5 x 2 cm, 8 of them. For small flowers, you need 2.5 cm squares, and for the backing of such squares there are 18 more. Medium flowers are 3 cm square, of which 4 pieces. Still need 2 strips 9 x 2.5 cm and one 7 x 1 cm.
From light yellow suede we cut 8 squares of 2.5 cm each. And immediately from them we form petals of small flowers. First we add the square in half, then again in half, we get a small square. Take a bent corner, cut off the free side corners of the square in a semicircle. Open and get a petal with 4 rounded parts. From this color of suede we also cut out 6 large petals according to the pattern.
We will paint these blanks. Take wet wipes and dry pastels in red and green. Red cover only the edges of the petals on both sides. And we process their middle with a green tone.
On small light blanks, we cover only the middle with red pastel on one side.
Now, in turn, each big petal will be knotted to change the structure of suede. Add all the parts of the petal one on one.
We twist it with our fingers and knead, giving the workpiece a cup shape.
Stamens are needed to assemble the flower. Cut a strip of 9 x 2.5 cm from shiny thick suede.
We cut thin strips along the entire length of the workpiece, leaving the whole 0.3 mm to the edge. We get a fringe.
Then we take a 7 cm wire, fasten a golden bead on the edge.
Now we fix the resulting fringe to this bead with a glue gun. Twist the strip on the same level as the bead.
We straighten the workpiece a bit with a lighter. And the stamens are ready.
To assemble one main flower, take 2 large blanks and stamens. In the first petal, we pierce in the middle with a wire with stamens and raise it up.
We fix this petal to the stamens with a glue gun, and add a second one to it.
Now we cut out 2.5 cm squares from green suede. We cut out flower stickers for them. Cut in the same way as in small flowers. And they need 18 pieces.
We glue such a blank at the bottom of a large flower. And on the wire we fix with the “Moment” glue a thin strip of corrugated green paper, we get a green flower stalk, and we have two of them.
Getting to the light little flowers. Take the blanks one by one, fold 4 parts of the petal into one and knead with your fingers, then straighten.
For one flower, take 1 petal, 1 substrate and 1 bead on a wire 7 cm long.
With this wire, we pierce the middle of the petal, stretch and glue the bead. We fix the bottom of the flower, and glue the wire with paper. We will have 8 of such flowers.
Glue 4 buds in the same way. Only 2 large-sized blanks are cut in half and used as petals.
Take orange suede, cut out 4 squares of 3 cm. In the same way as for small flowers, cut 4 pieces. Knead, twist and form 4 flowers on the stem.
It's time for the leaves. We cut 8 blanks from green suede according to the pattern and take 8 pieces of wire of 7 cm each. We glue the whole wire with corrugated paper, making green stems.
Now, from the wrong side, glue this wire on each sheet, positioning it to the middle of the workpiece.
And with a lighter, the corners of the leaves are slightly bent.
Take a thick green suede, cut a strip 7 cm long and 1 cm wide. We cut into 6 thin strips along the length.
Using a lighter, alternately heat the strips and twist them in the shape of a spiral.
All components for decorating glasses are ready. For one you will need: 1 large flower, 2 buds, 2 orange flowers, 4 light yellow, 3 shiny curls and 4 green leaves.
We collect a twig. In the wire of a large flower, 1 cm from the base we make a bend at 90 degrees. From this bend we fix in one direction 1 bud and 1 orange flower, glue it with green paper.
In a different direction from the main flower, we fix a bouquet of 2 light flowers, 1 orange and 1 green leaf. We calculate the mounting height so that from the flower that will be attached at the transition of the legs to the glass, to the edge of the bouquet, the height corresponds to the length of the glass itself. Only a corner of the sheet can protrude behind the glass.
Add the remaining 2 light flowers and 1 bud in the middle of the bouquet. All fastenings are wound well with green paper.
We take curls with sparkles, we place them on the edges and in the middle of the twig. Now we give the bouquet a bend. The two lower flowers turn slightly to the side.
In two branches, bends are made in opposite directions. In free places on corrugated paper we attach half beads. 4 pieces on each bouquet.
We take glasses and golden braid. We fasten strips on the Moment glue. We start with a small glass around the base of the glass.
Glue the second strip higher on the glass from the first 4 cm, and the third we rise another 4 cm higher.
Now we try on and adjust the bend of the bouquet so that the flowers are firmly pressed to the glass. And at 3 points of contact of flowers and braid, we fix with a glue gun. And the lower bud and the orange flower are also bent closer to the glass.
But do not forget that we have two glasses. On this, the decoration on the glasses is ready.
Good luck to all.
