The base frame is made of wooden beams. The two main beams, on which the boiler itself is mounted, must be thick enough to support the weight of 120 kilograms. At the top of these bars, a hole is drilled for the boiler mounting eyes.
The rest of the supporting bars may be of a smaller section, the main thing is that the design is stable.
The bars are interconnected using self-tapping screws, having previously drilled holes for their fit. They should be slightly smaller in diameter than the screws. To make the design even more stable, a profile and additional tightening plates are used. They are also fixed with wood screws.
Since different boiler models have different sizes, these designs are not given here. This should be done as you work. When the stool itself is ready, we put a boiler on it, opposite the holes in the main bars, and fix it with long bolts.
Where the boiler body is in contact with the wooden base, you need to substitute pieces of rubber.
The boiler can be connected using flexible hoses, which have a length of one and a half meters. This can be done both in the bathroom and in the kitchen.
It all depends on where it is more convenient. The boiler can be connected to the mains by connecting the cord to the plug.
It happens so. that just next to the outlet is installed, if it is not, use the carrying.
It is clear that such a design takes up extra space, but you will always have hot water, wherever you are.
