Such a floral arrangement will be an excellent decoration for hair and clothes, because it is made of light plastic suede, which is not afraid of either water or the sun.

To work on the product you will need:
- plastic suede pink and green.
-compass.
- scissors.
- red acrylic paint.
- toothpicks.
- lighter.
- two artificial gold leaves.
- Three long stamens with beads.
- five green leaves.
- A bunch of small white flowers on a fishing line.
- some cardboard.
- a piece of green cloth.
- medium-length clamp with teeth.
- Moment glue.
- a piece of foam.
-glue gun.
And we’ll start right away by cutting the petal circles for the flower. Dahlia should be magnificent. We will cut out circles of various diameters from pink foamiran. Each circle will correspond to 1 row of petals in a flower. The diameters will be 6.7.8 and 9 cm. Each circle needs 3 pieces.

Now we take the smallest preparations. We fold the circle in half, pressing the fold. Then we divide one part to three folds with scissors into three parts, without capturing the middle part of about 1 cm. We also cut the second half of the circle, and then we pass through the bend with scissors.

It turns out 6 equal segments, but they still need to be divided in half. And only now, all 12 petals need to be rounded in succession, trimming the upper corners. In this way we process only 3 small circles.

All other circles will be divided into 8 petals. Here you need to fold the circle two times in half, keeping the folds and cutting, the whole middle.

And then we divide these 4 parts in half.

And also cut beautifully the upper edges of the petals. We process all the remaining circles. The edge of the petals can be left even, or it is possible with a corner in the middle.

Now it's time to tint with red acrylic paint. Again, start with the smallest. Using a piece of foam, we apply paint only on the upper edges of the petals on both sides.

And all the other petal circles are painted on the contrary only in the middle on both sides.

For the middle of the dahlia, we cut another strip, 17 cm long and 2 cm high. From one edge we make notches, 0.8 cm wide, not reaching 0.6 cm to the edge of the other side. It turns out a wide fringe. But you should also round each resulting strip. Then we color the upper part of the fringe. And in our composition of such strips you need 3 pieces.

Next, we move on to processing the petals. Now we take circles of two large diameters. On each petal we draw with a toothpick three veins. One will be central and two at the edges. Be careful not to tear suede, you can break a sharp tip in a toothpick a little.

And for two smaller circles, processing is more difficult. Let's start with the smallest. We will use glue. You need to process each petal separately. With the same toothpick, we apply glue to the petal at the base, departing from the middle of 0.8 cm. Let the glue stand for a while and with our fingers we fold the edges of the petal in the glue area, hold for a few seconds for good bonding. We pass to other circles. Here we do almost the same, but we glue the petals only at the very base, near the middle.

Now let's start forming the middle of the flower. We take a strip with cloves and with the help of the heat of the lighter we give a new shape to this part. Gently bring the lighter from below the parts and the petals themselves bend down from the heat.

Next, take the glue and coat the uncut part of the strip, placing the teeth up. And then gently glue the toothpick on the edge and just twist the whole strip with a roll. The bottom edge of the resulting center should be flat.

Now, on the basis of this middle, we will form the whole flower. Again we will be the first to use the smallest circles. Lubricate the bottom of the base with glue and use a toothpick to pierce the middle of the petal circle. Raise up and glue to the base.

Then we glue the bottom of the side of the middle with glue and press the first circle tightly to the base. And so we glue the first three circles.

Next, take the three next-sized circles.

At these petals, glue is applied only to their midpoints.

We proceed to the petals of large sizes. They should also be glued only in the middle. But before that, you need to make a clip on each petal. At the very edge of the part we heat a little material with a lighter and quickly press two edges together with our fingers.

Only then we fix in turn to the base. We get small circles at the top, and the largest below. At this point, the dahlia is ready.

Of pink suede, only two strips remained. And of these, you also need to glue the two midpoints on the toothpicks.

Now we need a green foamiran. From it we cut out 2 circles with a diameter of 3 and 4 cm. Like the petals, divide them into 8 parts, round the edges. You can do more for the little ones, but that doesn't matter.

We also tint them in red on both sides. Pre-drawing the veins with a toothpick.

It is necessary to give a new form only with heat. Using a lighter, we heat the edges of the parts and they turn towards the middle of the workpiece.

All these details will be collected in buds. Take the middle, glue a large circle like a flower. And here we fix the small one with the petals down. And the stick itself should be glued with a green cloth. It turns out two buds.

But to make the whole composition interesting, you need to use additional decorations. And we will start by making the foundation on which we will mount everything. We cut a circle with a diameter of 3.5 cm from cardboard and immediately prepare a circle 1 cm larger from any green fabric. Glue everything carefully, bend it, align it. Next, you will need two golden leaves, which are often used in Christmas decorations. They still need 3 long stamens. You can use the finished parts, but you can do it yourself. Using fishing line, beads and shiny thread. Next, prepare another 5 green leaves from the fabric, although they can be cut from plastic suede. Still need a bunch of small white flowers. You can use ready-made flowers or make yourself. And the clamp itself will be needed to the base.

Let's start the assembly. We turn the base face down and with the glue gun we will fix everything in turn. The first to fix together two gold leaves with stamens. Next, glue one green leaf on the stems of the buds and place them on opposite sides of the glued first part on the base.

Now 3 sheets are fixed in the other direction from the buds. A little to the side we fasten a bunch of white flowers. And in the center of the whole composition we glue the main flower.

The arrangement of small details of the jewelry can be arranged to your liking. To complete, it remains to attach the clip itself well. And for additional fastening, you can use a piece of green cloth and stick it through the inside of the clamp to the base on both sides.

Such an interesting clip can be used on clothes and hair.

Good luck to all!
