In this review, the master shows the process of making a homemade electric drill nozzle. This nozzle is needed for drilling holes in uncomfortable or inaccessible places.
In fact, it is a flexible shaft, but in a rigid "frame", making it convenient to position it.
We recommend reading: a homemade drill nozzle for making wooden spoons.
In a keyless chuck we insert a piece of a hairpin, then we wind a nut and we put on the bearing.
To keep the bearing tight, several layers of masking tape must be wound around the thread. Press the bearing with a nut.
The main stages of work
The next step is to cut another piece of the threaded rod. We screw two nuts on it, between them - a bearing.
Next, you need to connect the two parts of the nozzle with a cable, welding its ends to the nuts.
Nuts must be welded to the bearings. Two strips of metal should be welded to them, pivotally interconnected.
The end of a long section of a metal strip is attached to a clamp, which is worn on an electric drill. Homemade is ready!
