Roller bending machine can be used for rectilinear and curvilinear bending of thin sheet metal.
Due to its light weight and compact size, such a device is suitable for use both in the garage or home workshop, and directly at the installation site.
The first step is to cut off two steel bars and a piece of pipe. We drill two holes in the pipe, insert the rods into them and scald.
Next, the author cuts two pieces of a building corner, then welds them together. In principle, you can use a piece of a channel of a suitable size.
The main stages of work
In a workpiece welded from corners, the author drills holes - in total six pieces will be needed (along the edges and in the middle).
At the edges of the channel we install bearings, fix them with bolts and nuts.
Two bushings must be cut from the metal tube. In one of them you need to drill a hole, then weld the nut. A wing bolt is screwed into the nut.
Steel rods of the first part of the fixture are inserted into the central holes in the channel. Bearings will need to be fitted onto the rods.
