The main stages of work
First of all, using a grinder with a cutting wheel, it will be necessary to cut four pieces of equal length along the round pipe.
Then the author cuts a long piece of pipe, but of a smaller diameter, and puts on it four blanks cut earlier.
At the next stage, the author cuts a piece of metal strip suitable for length, and welds it to the extreme bushings.
After that, you will need to cut another piece of steel strip, and weld it to the remaining two pipe sections.
The author welds another piece of strip to a short strip perpendicularly, and a piece of a round pipe to a long strip (this will be a handle).
