For the manufacture of a welding table, profile pipes, metal plates, large bolts with elongated nuts and other materials will be required.
The main stages of work
The first step is to cut four square billets from a metal plate, in the center of which they drill holes.
Also on a band saw or using a grinder, it will be necessary to cut two large elongated nuts in half.
Next, the nuts are welded to the plates. We cut four pieces of the profile pipe, and then we weld the plates with nuts inward to one of the ends of the workpieces.
At the next stage, we weld two sides of the welding table and connect them to each other.
We cut four more metal plates and drill 4 holes in them. To them the author welds the bolts, and then bolts the wheels.
At the last stage, it remains only to weld the lower shelf from sheet metal and weld the assembled countertop from ready-made parts.
