However, the tip of the cane and its upper part are made of metal fittings for the water pipe.
Thus, if necessary, an ordinary-looking cane can be a good weapon for self-defense. Such is the author’s idea.
To make the top of the cane, we need a tee, two adapters and two plugs. All these parts can be bought at the plumbing store.
The main stages of work
First of all, a file will need to process the faces on the fittings so that they are slightly rounded. And then we collect all the details together.
Further, from three wooden planks, the author glues a bar. One of the strips is a different color. In principle, if aesthetics is not particularly important to you, then you can immediately take a ready-made wooden block.
At the next stage, the author makes a hexagonal workpiece from the bar. The upper part must be made round - so that you can wind the handle.
We wind the tip onto the lower part of the cane. The author uses an extended nut. Then we cover the tree with varnish or mineral oil.
