The main material for the manufacture of the country bench are boards from the pallet. The first step will be to disassemble the pallet.
By the way, to disassemble wooden pallets, you can make a simple fixture (read here in detail). You can, in principle, use a conventional nail gun with a hammer.
The main stages of work
The next step is to glue the two boards together to increase the thickness. The legs of the bench will be made from them. It is also necessary to glue the seat and back (we connect two boards into a shield). If a large width is obtained, the excess can be cut off.
Next, cut off the edges of thick boards at an angle and connect them together. In total, two long boards and short ones (also two pieces) will be required.
After that, the first shield glued from inch boards is laid on the ends of the short boards. It will be a seat. It can be screwed on with screws or nailed with nails.
At the last stage, we install and fix the second shield - this will be the back of the bench. And then you just have to varnish the bench or just paint it.
