With this device you can lift one side of your car in such a way as to replace two wheels at the same time, as well as perform other operations. The advantage of such a lift is its simplicity of design and low cost.

Manufacturing process

To make such a lift, you will need a minimum of materials, namely: two pieces of pipe with a square cross section (of different diameters), six pieces of steel round bar, and also four bolts with nuts and thumbs.

On a profile steel pipe, you need to put on a square segment of a larger diameter, and then drill four through holes for the bolted connection into them. Next, a long profile pipe must be cut in half with a grinder or a hacksaw, and then bolted to a piece of pipe of a larger diameter.
At the edges of a long profile pipe, two thick pieces of steel round timber need to be welded vertically, and two pieces of a round bar of smaller diameter welded to them perpendicularly. Then all the welding spots must be well cleaned with a grinder.

Assembly assembly

A short section of the profile pipe must be welded to the connecting element, which will then dock to the upper platform of the hydraulic jack. Before assembly, all parts of the structure must be painted to protect against corrosion.

Then the assembled structure is simply mounted on the jack - and the universal lift for the car is ready. Thus, using this device in practice, you can effortlessly simultaneously lift two wheels of the machine. The detailed assembly process is shown in the video.
