Update the lamp with a new lampshade

Often things are collected in our apartments that seem to be in perfect working order, but, nevertheless, we do not use them. Sometimes they are not suitable for a new repair, they do not like family members or simply went out of fashion. But they are dear to us, and it's a pity to throw out a reasonably good thing.

So I found in the pantry an old lamp, which was fashionable 25 years ago, and now it does not look relevant. From this lamp that has lost its appearance and ceiling, you can make a glamorous little thing for the interior.

To make a lampshade, we need:

• Glue will suit absolutely anyone, even the paste that you cooked from starch

• Three spools of thread of various colors (I took white, yellow and gray)

• needle

• scissors

• Balloon, I took the most ordinary pear-shaped

• brush

Step 1: Thread the thread into a needle, and pierce a jar of glue with a needle, I have PVA glue. The jar should be pierced below to be sure that the thread is well impregnated with glue.

Step 2: Next, inflate the ball and wrap it with white, yellow and gray thread.

Step 3: Wrap carefully, in the end, you should get such a web. The winding density depends only on your taste, some like a lace lampshade, others try to wind up denser to make a cocoon.

Step 4: Apply a layer of glue with a brush and leave to dry for 24 hours

Do not try to complete any drawing, only in vain you will lose time; it is better to reel randomly. Threads for the lampshade can be taken thicker.

Step 5: Cut out the hole for the bulb, unforgettable, get the rest of the ball from the lampshade.

With such a lampshade, you can easily make a ceiling lamp, you only need to insert electrical fittings and a light bulb into it.

This updated lamp will decorate the interior of any apartment and create a special cosiness in it.
