To quickly and without unnecessary trouble clean the clogged thread on the bolts, you can make your own hands a simple device. This will require accessible materials that can be found in the workshop without problems.
First of all, it will be necessary to cut off four strips of metal: two long and two short. Of these, you need to weld a rectangular frame.
Next, from the metal pipe, you need to cut off the half ring and weld it to a rectangular frame. Welds will need to be cleaned with a grinder.
The main stages of work
On the sides of the frame (in long sections of the strip) two slots must be made. And for this it is very convenient to use a drill. But you can also make such slots with the help of a grinder.
Next, in the resulting slots, you need to insert a saw blade for a hacksaw for metal. A piece of suitable length is pre-cut, and holes need to be drilled around the edges.
At the next stage, two bolts are welded to long sections of a strip of metal. Springs are attached to them and fixed with nuts. Then you can proceed with the assembly.
We fix the free ends of the spring to the saw blade, and you can start cleaning the threads. It is very simple and convenient to work with such a device - we insert a bolt and turn it clockwise.
